Booking Policies

Giving You the Best Experience

We love all of our clients at Solace, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Beauty Salon. That’s why we’ve set some policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Cancellation Policy: 

All appointments require a non-refundable 50% deposit. If you need to reschedule your appointment please call us as soon as you know you are unable to make it as our policy is no appointments changes may be made within 24 hours of the appointment. If your appointment is more than 24 hours away we are happy to reschedule with your deposit carrying over to the new appointment time. 

Plus One Policy:

We understand life gets in the way especially as a mother or carer, as we are a wellness centre with multiple rooms we may not be able to accommodate children or plus ones to your appointment. We reserve the lounges before and after our clients treatments so they can relax hence space is limited.
